Since establishing the Foundation for Hair Restoration in 1996, and subsequently the Women's Center for Hair Loss, Jeffrey S. Epstein, MD,FACS, a board certified facial plastic and hair restoration surgeon, has been recognized as one of the world's top hair transplant surgeons.
